Shipping & Delivery

Wipora currently ships within the United States only. Free Standard Shipping is available within our supported United States delivery area.

Orders generally require 1–2 business days for handling. Standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 3–5 business days, resulting in an estimated overall delivery timeframe of 4–7 business days.

Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). USPS or UPS may be used depending on the shipment. Tracking information is provided after shipment when applicable tracking details become available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier operations, transportation disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances may affect actual delivery timing.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt, subject to Wipora's Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products should remain unused and in their original condition with applicable packaging and accessories. Customers must contact Wipora support before sending an item back.

There is no restocking fee for approved eligible returns.
